affigene® HBV trender assay is now available with a protocol for the ABI 7300 instrument from Applied Biosystems (Foster City, USA). Like all other applications, the ABI is fully validated and the complete process is CE labeled in combination with sample preparation using affigene DNA extraction kit (Cepheid AB) and easyMAG (BioMérieux).
