New application: Rotorgene 6000 for affigene® VZV tracer

The affigene® VZV tracer assay is now updated with a protocol for the Rotorgene 6000 instrument from Corbett Research (Sydney, Australia)

Like all other applications, the Rotorgene 6000 is fully validated and the complete process is CE labeled in combination with sample preparation using affigene DNA extraction kit (Cepheid AB) and easyMAG (BioMérieux).

With the addition of the Rotorgene 6000 protocol, the affigene® VZV tracer assay has a CE label valid on the following real-time PCR platforms.
Mx3000P/3005P (Stratagene, La Jolla, USA), iCycler iQ/iQ5 (BioRad Laboratories Inc, Hercules, CA, USA) and Rotor-Gene 3000/6000 (Corbette Research, Sydney, Australia)
