New instrument application: ABI for BKV and EBV trender

The affigene® assays BKV trender and EBV trender are now updated with a protocol for the ABI 7300 instrument from Applied Biosystems.

Like all other applications, the ABI 7300 is fully validated and the complete process is CE labeled in combination with sample preparation using affigene DNA extraction kit (Cepheid AB).

With this update, all affigene® trender assays are validated for the ABI 7300 instrument. The ABI application will also be available for the affigene® tracer assays shortly. More information will follow.
